David Ellman – Chairman

David Ellman joined Gerber Goldschmidt Group in 1978. With his over 30 years of experience at Gerber Goldschmidt Group, David offers a unique approach to the trading business, combining international experience of markets and currencies, as well as creating and maintaining many working relationships.  David has a B.Com and LLB from the University of the Orange Free State South Africa.

Mark Teperson – Chief Financial Officer

Mark Teperson joined Gerber Goldschmidt Group as Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to joining Gerber Goldschmidt Group, he worked for Arthur Andersen in South Africa, Credit Suisse in London, and in 1997 moved to San Diego and took on the role as Chief Operating Officer of Template Graphics Software Inc (sold to Mercury Computer Systems NASD: MRCY).  Mark graduated from the University of Cape Town with a B.Com with Accounting Honors. He holds a CA.SA.

Stephen Glazer – President (International Food Trading)

Stephen Glazer joined Gerber Goldschmidt Group in 1991. Stephen has over 40 years of experience trading and managing food trading and distribution businesses.  He has excelled as the CEO of several listed food groups in the UK, and has been instrumental in facilitating mergers and acquisitions in those organizations.  Currently, Stephen is the Managing Director of one of GGG’s investments, Ivory and Ledoux Ltd, and in addition, sits on the board of several of GGG’s investments.

Daniel M. Ellman – Vice President 

Daniel Ellman has been associated with Gerber Goldschmidt Group since 2007.  He is primarily responsible for new private equity investments and investment management opportunities related to Real Estate.  In addition, he is involved with strategic private equity investments.  Daniel graduated with a BA in History from Washington University in St. Louis and an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment from the University of Reading, UK.

Jonathan M. Ellman – Vice President 

Jonathan Ellman has been associated with Gerber Goldschmidt Group since 2007.  He is primarily responsible for developing long-term strategic partnerships and private equity investments for Gerber Goldschmidt Group.  Prior to joining Gerber Goldschmidt Group, Jonathan was an Associate at Finacity Corporation in their business development and client origination division managing multiple international relationships. Jonathan graduated with a BA in Finance and International Business from Washington University in St. Louis.
